REFUND POLICY

fishynationTM wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. For fishynation™ on-line purchases, we will accept merchandise not worn, used or damaged for a full refund when accompanied by the original sales slip, for the below reasons:

 (a) the quality of the printing is below a reasonable range of expectations; or

 (b) the design of the final product is materially different from the final design submitted by the customer.

 Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery; however, sale merchandise must be returned within 15 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Easy-to-follow instructions for returning merchandise are included with each shipment and provide that merchandise can be returned to fishynation™. Upon receipt of merchandise, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an e-mail notification will be sent once the return has been processed.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

Please use the returns address label enclosed in your package and include a copy of your invoice. Ship your package via trusted courier service company.
